Zgodnie z art. 13 ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (Dziennik Ustaw UE L 119 z dnia 04.05.2016), informuję, że:

2) Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celach marketingowych zgodnie z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a Regulaminu ochrony danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r.
3) Twoje dane osobowe będą przechowywane, dopóki twoja zgoda nie zostanie unieważniona

7) podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednak niedostarczenie danych może spowodować brak możliwości uczestnictwa w subskrypcji newslettera, uczestnictwo w konkursach, otrzymywanie ofert marketingowych, udział w ankietach.

According to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04.05.2016), I inform that:
1) The administrator of your personal data is 4CHEMICALS Sp. z o.o. 00-571, ul. Al. Armii Ludowej 6/164,
2) Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
3) Your personal data will be stored until your consent is revoked
4) the recipients of your personal data will be solely the entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and entities providing mass mailing services
5) you have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify the deletion or limitation of processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to transfer data
6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body
7) providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data may result in the inability to participate in  newsletter subscription, participation in contests, receiving marketing offers, participation in surveys.
